GARDEN PARTY
After a number of false starts caused by pandemics and accidents, Mike and Dot Millward managed at last to hold a garden party in June. The event was only slightly marred by a torrential thunder storm which held off for almost an hour to allow members to see the garden. £200 was raised.

It was leaning against the store room wall where it had gathered dust for over 25 years. Vanessa Mitchell lifted a corner of the sheet that covered it to reveal the back of a rather large painting, obviously in poor condition.
